Ask For Help
The first step and usually the most daunting, is admitting you’re not feeling ok and asking for help. Talk with supportive family and friends or a therapist. Talking about your feelings can help you stay in good mental health and deal with times when you feel troubled.

Ways you can do this, depends on what the problem is but here are some choices:
