When we feel imbalanced, in a ‘stuck’ state for too long, our feelings and emotions can put us in a negative space of stagnant thinking. We become overwhelmed, anxious, depressed and confused and over time we learn to behave this way. I can help you unlearn these unhelpful behaviours, move past obstacles and setbacks that are keeping you ‘stuck’. Some of the blocks that we put in our path may not always be in our conscious awareness. I can help shift and release stress, anxiety, fears, phobias, resolve unhelpful thinking patterns and make life changes with clarity and confidence.
By getting to the root cause, identifying and making them conscious you will have more choice and can use this awareness for realising new possibilities. Despite our best intentions to change and develop, it is only too easy to revert to old habitual patterns, this is where I will ensure you remain accountable and motivated towards any change or improvements you want to make. You will build confidence and make changes at a deep level which are sustainable and long lasting.

What is therapeutic coaching?

Coaching sessions can be a way to stop, reassess your life and current difficulties and give yourself a much needed purpose to achieve your goals. Helps you to look at your life differently and to begin to takes steps towards long term change.

What to expect
Your initial session, we will isolate any limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, fears that hold you back or that gets in your way. This is all about making positive changes to be able to lead a fulfilling and happy life. Each session encourages you to think about yourself more positively and aims to greatly improve your self-awareness. Knowing what you want to change is a great place to start and exploring what could be is an empowering session in itself. Working together, we will ensure you are absolutely clear about what you want to achieve in the next 12 months.
Therapeutic Coaching is a solution outcome based therapy and you will notice results after the first session (60-90 minutes).Typically, at least 6 sessions are needed over a short space of time for an absolute resolution (this depends on your goal/s). Then follow-up accountability sessions over the 12 months, if needed to sustain your goal/s.
After your initial session, you can expect to be in a position to start making positive, immediate changes. Then we decide on how many sessions are needed.
Before your initial session, it would be helpful for me to know some information to support the initial session by completing a pre-form.
