Hi I am Clare, an integrative trauma-informed counsellor and therapeutic coach. I offer online, phone, in-person, and outdoor therapy in South Wales for people seeking meaningful support through life’s challenges.
My approach is holistic and creative, helping you reconnect with yourself and move forward in a way that feels right for you. Therapy with me is grounded in the present, gently explores past experiences, and focuses on your future, blending evidence-based psychological tools with mindfulness, body awareness, and emotional insight to support lasting growth.

• Mind-body tools including breathwork, movement, nutrition awareness, and sleep recovery to help restore emotional balance and resilience.
