I provide bespoke treatments for all of my clients and pride myself in placing great importance in creating a uniquely relaxed and friendly atmosphere to help you to achieve and maintain a healthy and balanced mind and body.

Body Therapies ultimately have a profound, immediate effect on our nervous system:

  • Relaxation – massage helps you become aware of unconsciously held tension, and how it feels to relax. This helps you recognise and release tension later, before it creates a problem.
  • Emotional ‘holding patterns’ – habitual reactions to life sometimes overwhelming events may result in areas of tension. You will become more aware of ‘listening to your body’ and learn to ‘respond’ rather than ‘react’ with a healthier mindful attitude.

It is important to carry out a full consultation before your treatment, details of your medical history so that I fully understand your current condition or any issues I need to be aware of before treating you. A treatment plan will be suggested based on your current symptoms. Every session is goal orientated, working towards achieving your desired outcome.

Typically, a course of 6 weekly or bi-monthly sessions are suggested. Thereafter, monthly sessions to maintain your condition. 



A non-invasive treatment that works specific reflex points on the feet to help to rebalance the body and encourage healing.  It can assist the body in producing “feel good hormones” and may help to eliminate toxins, strengthen the immune system and give an all over sense of well-being. It can be an effective treatment for stress, sleep disorders, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), hormone imbalances, headaches and much more.

Reflexology can relieve the pain of multiple sclerosis (MS) and cancer treatments, but it should not replace conventional drugs like chemotherapy.


Who is it suitable for?

Reflexology is a non-invasive treatment suitable for people at all stages of life – from the young to the old. It offers potential benefits to the healthy, people suffering from minor ailments or chronic health conditions.

Many women choose to have reflexology and massage throughout their pregnancy and postnatally as it can offer many benefits such as aiding relaxation, digestion, reducing anxiety, generally de-stressing and improving sleep.  However you view reflexology there is no doubt that it provides a period of time where the mum-to-be has one to one attention, relaxation and supportive touch in an empathic and non-judgemental listening environment, which all help build resilience, gaining both mental and physical strength.


Your first reflexology treatment – what you can expect

Advocates of the practice often report a greater sense of physical and mental well-being after treatment. The treatment itself will take the form of a firm pressure massage to specific areas of the feet. Areas corresponding to parts of the body out of balance may feel tender when massaged but this should never be overwhelming, as the pressure of the massage will be tailored to meet your own requirements.

Aromatherapy massage can revitalise or restore, energise or de-stress, through the therapeutic nature of the scented oils and the pressure and rhythm of the massage, which will positively affect your health and well-being.
